Question about Somikon HD-XL Film Scanner & Digitizer for Super 8 & 8 mm
This Somikon scanner looks the same as the Reflecta scanner. With the Reflecta scanner you can only use 5 inch reels, with the Somikon it says 7 inch. Is that right? Is the device just bigger but basically the same?

That is exactly how it is. The difference is only the size of the film spool
