You like good coffee? But how about that little something extra? The art of brewing coffee requires the right tools. Inspired by connoisseurs, the Braun experts have developed the new Sommelier coffeemaker. Thanks to its OptiBrew system, you can enjoy the finest flavours derived from unique ingredients - just like a sommelier.

The Somelier coffee maker is equipped with a powerful brewing system that heats the water in no time. At the optimum brewing temperature, it extracts the coffee grounds evenly, quickly and thoroughly and ensures hot, fully developed and aromatic coffee enjoyment. Once the brewing process is complete, it switches off automatically - safely and conveniently. So you no longer need to think about it yourself and can pursue other things with peace of mind.
To improve the taste, the Somelier coffee machine is equipped with the Brita water filter system, which reduces the chlorine content in the drinking water and prevents lime deposits to a large extent. This allows the coffee to unfold its full, enticing aroma without clouding. The adjustable water filter change indicator shows when the Brita water filter needs to be replaced.

At the push of a button, the coffee filter swings out, filter bag and ground coffee can be conveniently inserted or filled in. The swivel filter can also be removed and placed on the kitchen table to conveniently fill the ground coffee there.
For long-lasting enjoyment, the coffee flows directly into the stainless steel thermal pot and is kept warm for several hours by the double-walled vacuum insulation.
