Product details

Cold zone technology features a heating spiral located directly in the fat for rapid heating and low-odour deep-frying. It includes an infinitely variable thermostat with a pilot light and a cover with a viewing window. The product also has a replaceable odour and grease vapour filter, a removable stainless steel grease container, and a removable stainless steel heating coil.
