Product details
The smart radiator thermostat is an electronic device designed to control a radiator valve and regulate room temperature. The actuator features a boost function, frost protection detection, valve protection, and an adjustable operating lock. The frost protection detection prevents the room temperature from dropping below four degrees, while an automatic valve drive protects against valve calcification, and the boost function allows for quick heating of a room. The illuminated display can be rotated 180°. With an internal sensor, the smart radiator thermostat can operate as a stand-alone solution. Additionally, the thermostat can be integrated into the HOMEPILOT Smart Home via the premium gateway, allowing you to control it remotely through the HOMEPILOT app. This means you can manage your radiators from anywhere using the app. Manual operation is still possible via buttons on the device. The adjustable temperature range is between 4 and 28 °C. An intelligent heating control not only provides you with cozy warmth at your desired time but also improves energy efficiency. To install, simply replace your old radiator fittings with the new thermostat. Attach the radiator thermostat to the valve or one of the included adapters and tighten the union nut. In combination with our premium smart thermostat, the measured room temperature can be used to control multiple radiator actuators in one room. You also have the option to control your smart radiator thermostat via the app in conjunction with the premium gateway and set up numerous automations.

Behind HomePilot is the Franco-German company Rademacher, known for its roller shutter motors, for example. The most expensive product was not convincing when tested. The system looks old-fashioned and has few functions. The controllers measure quite inaccurately, operate somewhat loudly and slowly. Control commands are delayed by at least 2 minutes.
