Would not buy again
Within 2 years two service cases. When finishing the brewing process, the water squirts out of the valve with great pressure and splashes beyond the drip tray. Compared to the Rocket Apparamento, less quality and less consistent espresso result. Would not buy the machine again.

So that goes better
The one I received was completely crooked and littered with razor-sharp edges I was also somewhat surprised by the enclosed quality certificate after this machine was found to be good during testing. They seem to have a sense of humour, but I still sent mine back. I would have expected much more....

Super two-circuit appliance, perfect price/performance ratio
It's my first espresso machine, so I can't compare.
I bought it a year ago and it has worked without problems ever since. Makes great coffee (once you've found your favourite coffee and set the right grind for the grinder). Milk foamer works perfectly. Machine is hot in 15 minutes. The large sieve is designed for 20g of coffee and therefore makes slightly larger espressos. Optics are fantastic (even if this is a subjective opinion).
Only tiny minus point: the brewing sieve is fixed with a screw and has to be loosened with a screwdriver for cleaning.Pro

A great introduction to the world of the portafilter machine. It can actually do everything it needs. The design is beautiful, the mass very interesting. The height is similar to larger sisters.
The vibration pump does what it should. This relatively quietly.
The processing is sosolala. There are some gaps that are larger than necessary and some edges that increase at least at the beginning of the in-house wound plaster requirement.
The steam performance is also good, if the latte art does not come out as intended, it is rather the barista ;).Pro

If you love and cherish exceptional quality coffee, this machine is a must.
This has revolutionized the way we drink coffee in Switzerland. Coming from Australia we struggled finding a good coffee place that allows us to have professional coffee and not the button push coffee that seems to be popular in Europe. Easy to use, needs a bit of reading to fully understand, but quality is second to none. You really pay for what you get.

Not really cheap but a great investment. Who stands on switches and chrome can not get past the BZ10 (or just such a machine). Also the tea drinker finds in the hot water tap a friend .
Indispensable in my opinion is the tamper diameter of 58 mm. The manufacturer states that a "fast" operational readiness is achieved: 10-12 minutes!!! So you should rather take some time and set in the morning BEFORE showering already, otherwise you are certainly too late on the bus. Capsule machines and fully automatic machines are definitely faster, but the coffee taste never comes close to the Bezzera.
The depth should also be a problem in certain kitchens, I do not have to squeeze it in with me, but would do it :)
The true fan buys a grinder to it (I currently just buy ground coffee - is just not quite played to the end but a good grinder costs just a bit of change).Pro

Super machine
Use the machine now for over half a year. Every day I enjoy her again because I can prepare a wonderful coffee. Since it is a dual-circuit machine, the milk foam can also be made at the same time.

The quality of workmanship was so lousy that even the promptly delivered replacement machine after a short time (30-40 espressos) no longer built up pressure in the second circuit. At the price you can expect more.
