Overall, we are very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. It looks well made, the suction power is good and it comes with all kinds of accessories. I particularly like the separate quick charger and the Bosch battery system, which is compatible with dozens of other Bosch appliances. You can get replacement batteries at almost any DIY store and at a fair price. And probably for many, many years to come.
On the negative side. Unfortunately, the 5Ah battery (0.62 kg) makes the device quite heavy. Especially when you tilt it sideways in bends or vacuum under furniture. Perhaps you would be better served with a 3 Ah battery.
The second point is the wall bracket. If you park the vacuum cleaner with the battery inserted, it lies almost flush against the wall. When moving the vacuum cleaner in and out of the station, you will occasionally scrape along the plaster unintentionally. Here, too, you get the impression that the smaller battery was intended.

We bought the hoover just over 2 years ago. We were delighted to be able to vacuum quickly at any time without having to get the hoover out of the cupboard and plug it into the socket every time. Thanks to the battery operation, I was always able to vacuum the car from time to time. The suction power is good for hard floors, armchairs and couches. For carpets with more dirt (e.g. car, dog hair), the suction power reaches its limits. There are small rotary brushes available as accessories, but these don't really help much. It remains difficult in the car. However, as we hardly have any carpet, we were quite happy with it on a day-to-day basis. Until the battery seems to have run out after 2 years. It's no longer enough for the flat. We only get 25-33% of the flat vacuumed. A week ago it was the whole flat and the battery still had juice. The drop in performance came quite suddenly. Sorry, but in this day and age, where even my iPhone has over 80% of its power after 2 years and my 2-year-old eBike still has 99% (no Bosch battery), this is unacceptable. I will probably not buy a Bosch eBike after this experience.
Another negative aspect is the suction hose, which smells disgustingly of plastic. Even after 2 years. Fortunately, we only need it for vacuuming in the car. But it's questionable what toxic compounds are still evaporating from it. The swivel joint of the hard floor nozzle is also quite delicate and has already broken once during normal use. Bosch was accommodating and replaced it free of charge. However, the vacuum cleaner was still under warranty. Not any more. It remains to be seen how long the hoover will last. We had our old classic Bosch hoover for 10 years and it cost much less. I don't think this one will last that long. Even if we buy a new battery.
Conditionally recommendable.

Previously had Dyson 8 & the Bosch is better in all respects. No wonder it's the test winner almost everywhere.

The experiences are from the first week, the joy was great when working with it. The results in busy washrooms were astonishing, a lot of dirt in the container compared to previous comparable cleaning processes. The housewife is delighted.
The 5.0Ah battery supplied lasts approximately what is stated in the literature. The instructions are legible and easy to understand. At least 1 online video illustrates the use of the appliance accurately and clearly.
I would have liked to have ordered additional accessories such as brush nozzles, but they are not easy to find online. The dirt container is a feeling and since it seems to clean well, it feels like it is emptied frequently, at least that was the case during the transition from the predecessor to this new one. It seems well made, stable and offers a 10-year guarantee on the motor when registered.
It makes no impression for bad reviews, as few have formulated them.
