After initial caution, I installed eight of them in the house. Installation was easy except for the two radiators which needed an adapter. The plastic adapters supplied did not fit very well and I ordered better metal adapters from Conrad with which the installation also worked well. Caution when installing. Do not tighten too much or the part will break apart (this happened to me).
Installation of iPhone with Eve app was easy and the app offers good functions including room programmes that can be easily configured. Unfortunately the app doesn't use the data from the separately ordered Eve Room to set the temperature better. As we have old radiators I had to increase the offset a lot to get the right temperature. It takes a few days until everything is calibrated.

Unfortunately not usable if the heating is to remain off and the window open at night. As soon as the temperature drops below 10 degrees, the heating is switched on. According to EVE customer service, this is the "frost protection" function and cannot be switched off. Why this happens at 10 degrees is beyond me.
Eve products are very future-oriented. All products are equipped with the new stable wireless protocol Thread and support the new smart home protocol Matter from the first quarter of 2023, with which you can integrate the devices into Apple's HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and Hey Google or even operate them simultaneously.
The Thread radio protocol requires a Thread Boarder router such as Apple HomePod Mini or Apple TV 4K 2nd or 3rd generation (WIFI Ethernet).
Tip: if contact is not made with the valve when attaching it, you can insert a small coin to reduce the distance.

For me, it's still a good product because it connects directly and there's no need for gateways. They work individually.

In the last few weeks and months, the device has been pretty much packed around. I don't know if it had anything to do with all the Apple updates. The window mode was no longer deactivated and the history of the temperature and valve status was no longer updated in the app.
Taking the battery out and putting it back in after a few minutes helped. Since then it has been running smoothly again.
If the device is running then it's doing its thing (what a realisation...)

I recently bought this accessory with the EVE Thermo Control remote thermometer for more precise temperature control. After many hours spent with the after-sales service, it turns out that the thermostat doesn't use the data from the remote thermometer. Worse still, the beta version of the EVE software they sent me no longer even shows the temperature of the thermometer, which shows that this accessory has been relegated to second place. This is a deception compared to what is advertised on their site.
In addition to this deception, the EVE application is far from up to scratch: old-fashioned and not very user-friendly interface, annoying little bugs, extremely slow data retrieval, appallingly bad data navigation, etc.
If you're thinking of buying a product from this brand, I strongly advise you to think twice. German quality isn't what it used to be.
Incredibly stupid programming.
I didn't want to save energy by lowering the temperature at night or using window detection, or play other games like absence detection, I just wanted to keep my temperature constant and maybe change it via Siri (I need the energy I save by lowering the temperature to heat it up again, which may be possible with little loss in the new Minergie mould bunker, but not in the old building).
So is smart heating and easy temperature adjustment on the mobile possible? No.
I can neither maintain the temperature properly nor set it correctly via Siri.
Why not?
Because an offset can be specified in the app, but this is not taken into account in the display.
This means that the device measures e.g. 25°C on the heater and also shows this on the display/Natel.
If I now want to heat the room to 22°C, I have no idea what I need to tell the thermostat.
Connect to an external Eve thermometer and use that as the setpoint? That doesn't work either.
I basically have to look up the offsets for each room every time or memorise them and subtract them. It could hardly be more stupid.
Then the parts also react so slowly that my old manual Danfoss thermostats react much faster and can therefore keep the room temperature more constant.
It's also cheaply made. For 60+ CHF and then a plastic connection that you have to deburr yourself.
They are also noisy, so if you don't sleep like a bear in hibernation, you can't use them in your bedroom.
I wouldn't recommend these things to anyone and wouldn't even buy them for CHF 20, knowing today that they can't do what they were designed for: Smart heating
They are as smart as a rock and as useful as a life jacket in an aeroplane. I can also set simple timers with a cheap digital thermostat that doesn't show me anything sensible on my mobile...
1 star because they work and the second because they're easy to set up, but that's probably thanks to HomeKit and not this Eve rubbish.

I have already ordered several times. I am very satisfied. I am particularly impressed with this delivery because I received it on the same day :-)

Simply never lose the adhesive or bump roughly against the thermostat.

My first Eve product, bought to replace one of my 15+ year old Honeywell thermostats (not networked).
Adapter is easy to install, screw does not need to be tightened strongly to ensure a stable installation (see also other reviews).
Volume when regulating is about the same as the thermostat that has been replaced, I don't find it annoying (used in the bedroom).
Target temperature setting, whether directly on the thermostat or via app/HomeKit, is simple and convenient.
All in all, a good product and a recommendation from me.
*Radiator protection function = even when not heating, the thermostat opens from time to time to prevent calcification of the radiator

I have ordered the set and the single set. The set is apparently not available from digitec despite being in stock. Paid and still not delivered Waiting time so far 4 weeks. 😤
Very convinced of the product. I ordered goods directly from EVE via the app. Competent contact and short (shorter than Digitec) delivery times, everything directly from Germany. Also, the temperature deviation can be adjusted up or down, which was necessary for me. After that, however, the valve works independently and provides comfortable temperatures in nice weather and in rainy weather. To be fair, I have not been able to test it in winter so far. But I see no reason why it should not work at lower temperatures.

Totally bought 12 of these things for my house because there were some good reviews and test results. The connection via Bluetooth (despite Homekit with 2 Apple TV and 2 Ipads) can not be established constantly. It must be corrected constantly manuel and that immter at different thermostats. Bullshit. In addition, the controller noise is very loud. Therefore not recommended for bedrooms. With some also the battery change is not recognized. It then needs a reset.
In short: unusable.
