For me, the customer service is not satisfactory.
Unfortunately, the unit does not run. The power supply unit supplied is probably defective.
After filling out the warranty claims and a phone call to customer service, unfortunately nothing has happened to date and the product still doesn't run!!!The expensive way to the local swimming lake
Unfortunately, the unit has hardly any measurable influence on the room temperature. Instead, it tends to leak if the floor is not 100.1% even. In retrospect, I should have saved the money.

- No strong change in humidity
- Air circulates easily

- Water puddles on the floor if you move the unit 1mm
- For the money you almost get a decent air conditioner
- It is still very hot

Doesn't cool much, but it is silent
The wet surface area that the air flow contacts is not so big, as a result the air is not so cool out of it.

Quiet mode has ringing noise
Bought because it supposed to be quiet (25dB) for nighttime use. That is only true if quiet mode is chosen. However, the quiet mode hardly gives out any wind or chilling effect, and there is continuous high pitched ringing noise with it. So not practical to use at night at all.

Factory faulty, still not repaired three weeks after being sent back, 2 heat waves suffered without being able to benefit from it...

It's ok if you want a better fan.
Cools quite ok in power mode, but is not particularly suitable for large rooms in my opinion, if you are too far away, you unfortunately don't notice much of the coolness.

Absolutely good price/performance ratio
Not to be compared with a real air conditioner, but cools well when additionally filled with ice. Quiet enough to watch TV on the side. I don't find that the air gets more humid.
