App bad, Kenwood service not usable, otherwise good
I bought this machine almost new from Galaxus as a replacement for my old one, which Kenwood refused to repair (or only on unusable terms). Arrived dirty, with machine gunk on the bowl. The bowl also had quite a dent and there were other visual blemishes. The scales were completely broken. When the machine came back from the service, the scales worked, but there were several other major visual defects and although I had thoroughly cleaned the machine, which was delivered dirty the first time, this time the machine came back dirty with machine oil on it. I had already packed the machine for the next return when, 22 days after the original purchase, Galaxus offered a discount that was high enough for me to accept the defects and keep the damaged machine.

Inferior sensor types are installed in a device that is sold at a premium price.
If you google it, you will see that there are serial defects in the appliance. Kenwood simply trusts that customers will continue to buy the appliances because they have already bought additional accessories.
The 10-year guarantee on the motor is a joke because the rest of the appliance will never last that long. But of course it is good advertising because it gives the impression that the entire appliance has a long service life.Contra

The egg-laying wool-milk sow
I love this food processor, which I use every day for cooking and baking. The dough kneading is real kneading, whereas other machines use a knife for this. The bowl is large and therefore also suitable for the hungry mouths of teenage children.
With the optional accessories, I grate, make sticks and slices, make meat and vegetable paste, make fresh pasta and roll the pasta dough for pasta and lasagne.pasta and lasagne sheets, make healthy juices with the slow juicer, grind nuts and blend (here I wish I had a little more Vitamix power). Almost inexhaustible possibilities!Pro

Non-matching accessories
Please note that the photos of the accessories in this article do not match. There are two essential items missing, namely the KAH359GL Blender and the KAH65,000,PL. They are included in the more expensive version, but not in this KCL95.004SI version.
I recommend that Galaxus change the accessories page so as not to mislead customers. The correct version can be found on the Kenwood websitePro

Error 49
It's basically a PC, and it's out of place in the kitchen. After 3 years, "Error 49" appears when you switch it on, but only from time to time. After 6 years, it does it all the time.
