Unfortunately, I would not buy the raclette grill due to the poor heat distribution. Otherwise, the product is really very well made and price / performance would actually be right.
Small, visually appealing raclette grill. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the heating coil is suboptimal. The cheese is already ready to eat in the back, while it is only soft in the front. Shelf for the Pfännli is super. Temperature control is also good.

Beautiful raclette grill with weaknesses
I had bought the grill for an attractive price. However, I would not buy this one again.

Small but fine
It is a pity that the product description did not mention that scrapers are included.
So I had bought extra scrapers and they were not necessary.Pro

Beautiful but not equally hot everywhere
The set looks very beautiful. The workmanship meets my expectations. The wood of the "Schüfeli" is lacquered and thus sealed. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the set. You have to do it yourself so that it is sealed cleanly. Otherwise, the grease splatters quickly become noticeable. The heat develops quickly. It really does get very hot. But unfortunately it's not the same everywhere. The two places near the rotary potentiometer are only heated on half sides. That's not really the best solution.

Nice, but insufficient quality
Pans have simply disintegrated after less than 2 years of use, despite hand washing. The quality of the coating is poor.

I should have been able to foresee this: The wooden handles make the pans unsuitable for the dishwasher. This would not be a problem in itself, but unfortunately the metal edges are relatively sharp, which poses a certain risk of injury when cleaning the pans manually.

Beautiful but also nice cheap
The part looks good but is unfortunately not exactly qualitatively good.
The heat distribution is very poor, only the 4 middle places are well erwärme, the 4 outer unfortunately barely half. The heat rod is unfortunately incorrectly designed and is not far enough to the outside.
The processing is also not the yellow of egg, a foot has loosened after the first use because they are only pressed on. Also, the grill plates do not lie flat and thus there is a clang of the metal parts at the slightest vibration.
Conclusion: Would not buy this product again and can not recommend it to anyone.

Heat is by far not enough
First of all: The advantages seem to outweigh the numbers - but a device is of no use if it just looks good and would be THEORETICALLY practical.
I'm having trouble really following the other comments. Melting the cheese takes forever (not long, but EVERYWHERE!) and then due to the improperly placed heating loops, it gets halfway liquid in the back and stays halfway through in the front.
Now, not only is the heating loop incorrectly applied, but it is way too weak. Who thinks he can make a table grill on the plate now and then, is mistaken. The meat dozes so slowly before itself, real roasting can be forgotten. A piece of fried bacon? If you like the labber parts of the breakfast buffets, which you always get in the hotels, you will be served. If you like it a bit crispier or if you like a piece of meat "fried on the outside, red on the inside", you should leave it alone. The heat development is simply too weak.Pro

Nice but not an even heating system
Nice BUT the pans are heated differently well / quickly. So you don't eat at the same speed and fight for the good pan positions ;-) the difference is really noticeable and annoying for us.
