Our first fully automatic machine
We are completely satisfied with the machine. We recommend buyers to consider that the machine needs a lot of space. To the right of the machine it needs additional space to empty the water tank, left to remove the milk container and above it needs free space to be able to refill coffee beans comfortably.
For our 4-person household, the machine is perhaps a little oversized, but the two separate bean compartments with the two grinders were important to us.Pro

Not worth the cost
My last deloghi espresso machine lasted less than a year so forked out and got the Siemens EQ9 s700 instead.
IOT has nothing to do with a coffee machine so why add it? You need to place a Cup/Mug anyway and also make sure (in person) that there is water, milk, coffee beans, empty drip tray etc etc to get a cup of coffee. If the machine could auto order coffee beans when running low it would help but not for a small home appliance…
Quiet but slow.
Coffe waste tray is horrendously poorly designed. Way too shallow, so when it’s full (and you forget to empty it after every use - more or less), you pull the tray out and the coffe waste is left scrapped off in the machine.
Coffe is good, but temperature not super (can be regulated) precise.
Save your money and buy something else (don’t pay extra for app enablement)Pro

Very good coffee maker, but requires a lot of care
After two months of fairly intensive private use, I can draw the following conclusion:
Overall, the Siemens EQ.9 s700 meets the expectations fuelled by the relatively euphoric test reports. The coffee in the cup has its crema, the "barista" setting options are not bad, although I don't understand why, of all things, 93° C cannot be set as the brewing temperature, when almost all baristas recommend precisely this temperature.
The machine is not for hectic minds, because it takes its time to prepare. Combinations with milk in particular take at least 45 seconds. This means that the machine is not suitable for use outside a "normal" private household, because even 5 espressos take quite a long time.
The small drip tray and the small grounds container also mean that you have to look after the machine quite often.
But all in all, I enjoy my espresso, ristretto or espresso macchiato from the amazingly quiet machine.Pro
