Da das kompakte Gerät eher eine geringe Leistung besitzt, ist es besser zum Zerkleinern sowie Schneiden von Gemüse geeignet. Dies erledigt der Tristar sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Leider sind die Einzelteile nicht für die Spülmaschine geeignet, sodass die Reinigung eher mühsam ist.
