My D10 Plus has not recognised my carpets since the beginning. Does anyone have the same problem? They are rather thin, rather hard carpets, but they already have a height difference to the rest of the floor.

If carpets are not recognised automatically, this can be entered manually in the app. It should then recognise them in future.

I don't have any carpets, but I have a staircase that the D10 doesn't recognise and that I have to barricade so that it doesn't fall down.
