Produces an aromatic, refreshing tea for stomach upsets, bloating, as well as gall and liver issues. Height 50-60 cm, perennial. Sow in pots from April to June or later directly in the open ground; do not cover seeds, keep well moist until germination. From May, plant in humus-rich soil, spacing 30 x 40 cm. Continuously pick leaves and shoot tips for fresh use, main harvest just before flowering.
