VDE, KEMA certified incandescent lamp dimmer from the DELTA series. Suitable for 230 Vac incandescent and halogen lamps with a power range of 50 to 600 W. Features alternating switching and phase-angle control. Includes a push-button off/changeover switch and rotary control. Designed for claw and screw mounting with screw terminals and an elevator terminal body for solid and stranded conductors. Equipped with a non-resettable temperature fuse and a trimming potentiometer for basic brightness. The rotary potentiometer has a soft latch and includes a fine-wire fuse T 2.5 H 250 V with a spare fuse on the fuse holder. Available in titanium white (similar to RAL 9010). Cover plates with rotary knob and dimmer: Order no. 740-8088; frame: Order no. 740-8114. The incandescent lamp dimmer inserts can be combined with frames from the DELTA series and rockers from the i-system DELTA product series.
