Insert for Pulsar 2849

The insert is compatible with Pulsar 2849.

The design provides both efficient storage and improved gameplay. Many of the trays can be utilized during the game, greatly aiding setup and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays.

The insert includes separate trays for each of the color player pieces, with separate slots for the card and plastic components. Other trays are designated for the gyrodyne tiles, engineering cubes, four-cube tokens, and other tokens.

There are trays for the transmitter tiles, planetary system tiles, seven and four point award tiles, as well as trays for dice and modifier tokens.

As mentioned above, the trays can be used during the game to organize the components and make access easy for all players.

When packing the game into the box with the insert, the HQ boards and goal tiles go on top, in a recess made for them.

The game board is then placed on top, secured by the square filler tray in the top left corner. Note that while some trays can be seen below the board, these are for the large transmitter tiles, which cannot be removed with the board positioned this way.

On top of the board go the rules and then the remaining curved boards. With all the components placed in the box and the lid secured, the box can be stored vertically.

Note: It is designed for games with external box dimensions of 29.7 x 29.7 x 7.1 cm.

This product consists of a flat-pack of 4 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is quick and fun, using ordinary PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package.
