Nothing but expenses
I ordered 3x 250ml, but only got 3x 50ml delivered.
Simply annoying. Nothing but expenses!
I had also ordered 3 Olaplex 250ml and was sent 3 mini bottles of 50ml each. I also ordered Olaplex Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment No.0 with this product, which can only be used with Olaplex 3. Using only Olaplex No.0 on its own does nothing.
I am now allowed to send everything back to 2 different places. I won't be ordering anything from Galaxus again. Galaxus at least admitted their mistake and said that the retailer does not have the 250ml version in their range.Wrong item delivered
I ordered olaplex number 3 250ml, but I got 50ml delivered. So not only I needed to pay delivery cost, now I also need to pay 7chf return cost
Taking the piss
as you all see it says 250ml was delivered 50ml so a cheek...afterwards they wrote it is a mistake in the advertisement and i have already received the right amount. i will never order even 1 piece from galaxus again.

- Be sure to condition your hair afterwards, the treatment dries it out a little
- Didn't work for me, maybe I just have dry hair that isn't broken
- I switched to K18, which works much better for me
New experience
You apply this product before shampooing and it is supposed to improve the hair structure. I have used it a few times and am satisfied.
