Omron X7 Smart
Blood pressure monitor upper arm
Good tool for monitoring BP regularly because of smartphone data integration.
Cuff velcro is weak esp. for people with hypertension Sys > 150mm, and frequently unravels during measurement.
Omron connect app can integrate with Apple health. Can work on 2 smartphone for 2 users separately.

On the advice of my doctor, I started to measure my blood pressure. He recommended Omron's devices to me. After a short research, it also turned out that these are praised on various platforms and apparently have to be very accurate. I can't determine the accuracy at this time, but if it is inaccurate (based on measurements at the doctor), I would describe it again here.\n\nHowever, due to the clinical approval, I assume that it is very accurate. However, other factors are also important for the accuracy of the measurements. Therefore, I recommend to read the instructions for use well in advance - even if you have already had a blood pressure monitor once. This has a special cuff that makes it easier to put it on.\n\nThe device is easy to use, has a large display. The connectivity, i.e. Bluetooth, works very reliably for me - after difficulties during setup, because I was of the opinion I do not need an instruction manual. The setup is also very simple. And once set up, the data is automatically transferred to the mobile phone. You don't even have to think about pressing something else for transmission after each measurement. The advantage, you can export the values directly as CSV or PDF and send them to the doctor.\n\nA disadvantage: The cuff fits only awkwardly into the supplied bag.

Easy to use, unfortunately the machete is a little too rigid and is difficult to pull over the upper arm.
