Oral-B AquaCare 6
I have also tested "Panasonic EW1511" and "Sonicare Air Floss Ultra". Do I need only "Oral B Oxy Jet Care 6". Why then no 5 stars? I miss a fourth and therefore stronger stage of the water jet. With Panasonic, the rubber seal of the water tank cap leaked quickly. The Sonicare is handy and small, but only dispenses portioned water jet doses and the seal between the attachment nozzle and oral irrigator leaks. The Oral B has a reasonable price and none of the complaints listed above. A first for me, an attachable nozzle with 2 individually adjustable water jet modes. I take the Sonicare with me on trips because of the convenient size and the Panasonic is disposed of.

This review was created for a different variant: AquaCare 6
I opted for the test winner (battery-powered model), the water pressure (even on the highest setting) is weak. If you can do without a battery-powered appliance, I recommend the 220 volt test winner from Waterpik (WP-660EU Galaxus order no. 7497592) with higher, adjustable water pressure and a larger water tank.

Disappointed a bit, but it does it job...so....
I would definitely not recommend buying a white one, with time it gets yellow or brown, even when kept clean and dried out always.
