Product details
The Sleep Analyzer records your health parameters in real-time and calculates them to help you understand your sleep and provide accurate health data. Each time your heart beats, it generates a mechanical wave that travels through the body, which is continuously measured with high precision by the pneumatic sensor. The Sleep Analyzer filters your movement signal to extract your breathing rate throughout the night. The movements of your body create mechanical waves that are captured by the pneumatic sensor. The Sleep Analyzer was developed in collaboration with sleep medicine specialists from Hôpital Béclère in Paris and extensively tested with data from polysomnography analysis.

- Sleep phases are precisely recognised
- Snore detection
- Easy to use
- App still somewhat confusing
There are days when you wake up feeling tired, but you don't know why. A simple activity tracker can be informative and show how the individual sleep phases are made up. But wearing wristbands at night, which usually have to be told when you fall asleep, is not everyone's cup of tea...
The bottom line is that Nokia Sleep is a practical, unobtrusive gadget for anyone who wants to keep healthy and fit by improving the quality of their sleep - and perhaps doesn't like to wear a wristband at night. Compared to an activity tracker, the smart sleep mat also has some advantages: it not only collects sleep data, but also evaluates it and gives tips on how to sleep better...
