Delivery

Free delivery throughout France

We deliver orders over 39 € free of charge to addresses to addresses in France. Items in stock at our own warehouse are handled by DHL, who hand over parcels to La Poste / Colissimo in France. Orders from third-party suppliers or one of our merchant partners may be handled by other delivery companies.

For orders under 39 € we charge shipping costs of 3,90 €.
Why do we charge these costs?
Because the logistical expenses for small orders are comparatively high. By offsetting the shipping costs for small orders, our customers continue to benefit from lower prices for inexpensive products.

Here’s an example: if a customer’s ordered a ballpoint pen for 1,36 €, the shipping costs and other expenses would exceed our margin many times over. Without adding shipping costs, we’d have to put up the price of the pen.

Order by 1 p.m. today, receive your delivery in three days

The following applies to all products in stock at our warehouse: all orders made by 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped on the same day and generally arrive at the delivery address within three working days. You’ll see real-time information on availability and estimated delivery date on each product.

International delivery

Galaxus.fr is the French version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in France.

Galaxus.at is the Austrian version of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in Austria.

Galaxus.de is the German subsidiary of the largest Swiss online store – Digitec Galaxus AG.

On our online shops digitec.ch and galaxus.ch, you can have orders delivered to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 

Transport damage

We package all our orders carefully and do our best to ensure products get to you in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged during transport, we are, of course, happy to help.

You can register the case directly here or contact us quickly and easily via our Galaxus Assistant (see menu item "Report a defective product"). The following information is required:

  • Order number of your order
  • A short description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage and the packaging

Once we’ve received your message, we’ll review the case and let you know the next steps as soon as possible.
