The intercom function and loud siren as a deterrent make it the best outdoor camera tested. If you also want cloud storage and extras such as activity zones and packet detection, you will have to add ongoing subscription costs to the purchase price.

The Arlo Pro 5 2K is a top product. It is easy to use and offers excellent battery life. The sharpness of the image, whether day or night, and the other integrated functions are also big plus points. It's a shame that you can only access the stored video history when you purchase a plan.
