The 15 meter long Ethernet cable of category 6 transmits data with speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s (1 Gbit/s) for example for fiber optic internet speeds in the home network. Cat6 LAN cables (Class-E) with a maximum bandwidth of 250 MHz offer excellent connection properties for gigabit networks in private and corporate networks. Compatible with networks using Cat 5e, Cat 6A, Cat 7 & Cat 8 cables due to the RJ45 connector - Device compatible for example with: FritzBox, game consoles such as Xbox & Playstation, computers, televisions, printers. Patch cables connect modems, DSL routers, switches and patch panels in the server room via network outlets or power line with WLAN access points, PC and notebook, wireless repeaters and surveillance cameras. With LSZH outer jacket for good fire behaviour and low smoke emission. Inner conductor made of copper (Cu). Compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE+). Hoods with strain relief, bend and latch protection. Digitus Category 6 Class E patch cords are manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Cat 6 standards. They enable the cable installation to meet the ISO & EN Channel specification and provide excellent performance in Digitus Cat 6 cabling. Performance has been tested up to 250 MHz, including performance characteristics such as near-end crosstalk (Next). The Digitus patch cables have been specifically designed to fully meet all requirements in the various application areas. Each cable is equipped with a moulded bend protection sleeve with strain relief. In addition, the grommet has a latching lever protection, which prevents the cable from snagging and the latching lever from breaking off from the plug. Easy identification of category 6 is made possible by the red colouring of the plugs.
