With the external USB 3.1 Type-C housing IB-1817Ma-C31, an NVMe SSD can be taken along quickly and easily, and the integrated cooling plate transfers the heat generated by the SSD to the housing, thus cooling the SSD optimally. This prevents the otherwise usual premature reduction of the transfer rate to protect against overheating.
