One For All introduced the universal remote control decades ago for two good reasons: Replacement for defective or lost remote controls, bringing all remote controls together in the home living room in a single device. The URC 1240 fulfils both purposes. We recommend the URC 1280 or the Smart Control URC 7980 for checking more than 4 terminals.
