The Samsung Galaxy S25 offers the bare minimum in terms of hardware upgrades. You get the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a little more RAM and a new storage option - but that's all. However, despite the lack of hardware innovations, sophisticated software and a high-quality finish make for a very coherent smartphone. It is anything but exciting, but still a great experience in use.
