... The active noise cancellation of the Aonic 50 over-ear headphones convinced us across the board in the test. However, all these are minor details. All in all, Shure's Aonic 50 is a very good headphone that convinces with excellent wearing comfort, high build quality and good, linear music reproduction. The price of 299 euros is absolutely reasonable for the performance offered.
The neutral, restrained tuning is not to everyone's taste, but it suits purists. The ANC did a good job in the test, but was not among the best in class. Tip: The app offers a few more options.
