Question about Redmi Watch 4 - 710837

I've just bought my first connected watch: a Redmi Watch 4.
Do you know where I can find a manual because, for example, there are 150 sports to set? But where and how?
I'd also like to find the kilometres travelled function... during a race... But I haven't found anything... even though there are publicity photos showing this function.
