Thank you for your detailed review. Is it possible to have the MacBook pro closed when using the display? With my current Benq PT2700, the MacBook turns off and I can't turn down the brightness. I have tried the Apple Studio Display. This is possible there. But it won't be available for another 2 months.

Responds exactly as expected with my 14" MBP M1 Pro. Switches flawlessly when the laptop is closed. I have only tested the USB-C port but I assume that it also works with the other ports.
