The funny thing is this: With the Sony UHD Blu-ray player UBP-X700 EVERYTHING works perfectly in 4K resolution (tested with Youtube videos). Wiso? The UHD test in the SWB settings as well as HDR says that "no devices HDCP 2.2 / no devices via HDMI 2.0 cable" etc.. As mentioned above, already tried with original Swisscom cables as well as 8K etc. -> in vain! I have also changed everything on the Sony TV: colour space, HDR, etc. -> without success! -> without success! Hello Anonymus I have a similar setup, but with a Samsung TV and the latest Swisscom TV box - everything works for me. I can't tell you where the error is in your case. Does the TV only have one HDMI connection with UHD support? Have you ever tried a different HDMI input on the TV? I had the same problem with my old Samsung TV, which only had one UHD input. By the way, 8K cables are useless because the HUE sync box only transmits UHD...;)
