Does it no longer have a guarantee? I would check with Galaxus directly, or with www.bissell.ch. I'm sure you'll find a solution. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Good morning, it depends on the surface, I used it on the sofa and went over it several times. Because of the cold season I couldn't ventilate it well but it dried in 4/5 hours. In a warm season and by airing well it definitely goes faster.

My cat has peed on the new sofa. I got most of it off with vinegar and upholstery cleaner. But I'm looking for a device that will get rid of the very last little odour. Does this work or is it only for stains? And the small one or the Pro?
