Once the water has reached the desired temperature, the vacuum-cooked food can be placed in the oven. The Sous vide Stick Time with its 1,300 Watt heats the water to +/- 0.2 degrees Celsius precisely - the desired temperature can be set in 0.5 degree increments. The heat level is kept constant during the cooking process thanks to the powerful circulation pump in the Sous Vide Stick Time.
