The Dynamic Chain Cleaner can be used for all parts of the bike drivetrain, including the chain, cassette, and derailleur. For thorough cleaning of your chain, it's best to use a cloth or a brush in addition to the chain cleaner. Regular cleaning and subsequent oiling of your chain will extend the lifespan of your bike's drivetrain.
