The turk freeform hot forged iron skillet is particularly suitable for searing steaks and slow braising. Before first use, bake the pan for a natural non-stick coating.
Each turk pan is unique, made from one piece of iron. It is suitable for all types of stoves (electric - ceramic - gas - induction - open fire). Important: the hob must be the same size as the bottom of the pan to avoid damage to the pan. The pan is scratch and cut resistant and has a long life. Ø 22 cm, bottom 16 cm.
